The Fayette County Republican Women will hold their monthly meeting onThursday, Oct. 20 at the La Grange City Hall, 155 E. Colorado in La Grange. Guest speaker will be Zack Ezer, Fayette County Republican Party Vice Chair and a firearms industry manufacturers’ representative. He will inform those in attendance on “automatic” weapons, accessories, and ammunition specifically, those that the Biden administration is attempting to ban from sales and confiscate from law-abiding citizens. The 1961 graduating class of La Grange High School will have a belated 60th (actual 61th) reunion on Saturday, Oct. 22 at the Frisch Auf! Valley Country Club in La Grange. Save the date for “Sunset Shopping in Schulenburg on Nov. 5, the first Saturday of the month.
