Fayette County Go-Texan BBQ Champs

The BYOB Cooking Team of La Grange (including Charles Schulz, Ron Voss Jr, and Timmy Machala) were crowned Grand Champs at the Fayette County Fair BBQ Cook-Off Sunday. By virtue of their win, they qualify to represent Fayette County as the Go Texan champs at next year’s Houston Livestock Show and Rodeo cook off. The BYOB team members, center, were joined by Go Texan officials at the conclusion of Sunday’s awards in La Grange. We’ll have more BBQ winners from the fair cook off in the newspaper next week.
