    Fayette Co. 4-H Competes in Austin County Livestock Judging Contest

Fayette County 4-H members competed in the Austin County Livestock Judging Contest on Saturday, Oct. 15 in Bellville.

The Fayette County 4-H Junior Green team placed 1st overall. Team members consisted of Kaisley Janecka, Alexis Berckenhoff, Crockett Guenther, and Abraham McBride. Individually, Abraham was 2nd high point, Crockett was 3rd high point, Kaisley was 7th high point, and Alexis was 9th high point. The Fayette County 4-H Junior Maroon Team placed 10th overall. Team members consisted of Rilan Karisch, Meredith Carruthers, Adalyn Carrales, and Hayleigh Pizzitola.

The Fayette County 4-H Gold Intermediate Team placed 5th overall. Team members consisted of Paige Carruthers, Laramie Laake, Rheagan Karisch, and Addison Berckenhoff. Individually, Laramie was 5th high point.

The Fayette County 4-H Silver Intermediate Team placed 9th overall. Team members consisted of Julia Melton, Tatum Fritsch, Sawyer Mau, and Quinn Arnett.

Judging as an individual was Addison Eichler.

The Fayette County 4-H Senior Team placed 15th overall. Team members consisted of Harper Mau, Karely Freytag, Cooper Mau, and Kaelan Freytag.
