Fayette 4-H Competes in Guadalupe County Livestock Judging Contest

Fayette County 4-H members competed in the Guadalupe County Livestock Judging Contest on Saturday, Sept. 24.

The Fayette County Gold 4-H Junior team placed 2nd overall. Team members consisted of Rheagan Karisch, Alexis Berckenhoff, Crockett Guenther, and Abraham McBride. Rheagan was high point individual.

The Fayette County Green 4-H Junior Team placed 3rd overall. Team members consisted of Paige Carruthers, Julia Melton, Sawyer Mau, and Addison Berckenhoff. Individually, Paige was 7th and Julia was 10th. The Fayette County Maroon 4-H Junior Team placed 8th overall. Team members consisted of Laramie Laake, Adalyn Carrales, Meredith Carruthers, and Quinn Arnett. Adalyn was high point in Swine.

The Fayette County Green 4-H Intermediate Team placed 15th overall. Team members consisted of Addison Berckenhoff, Julia Melton, and Addison Eichler.

Judging as an individual was Addison Eichler and Rilan Karisch.

The Fayette County 4-H Senior Team placed 2nd overall. Team members consisted of Harper Mau, Kaelan Freytag, Cooper Mau, and Logan Poncik.
