Fayette 4-H Competes in Colorado County Livestock Judging Contest
Fayette County 4-H members competed in the Colorado County Livestock Judging Contest on Saturday, Sept. 10 in Columbus.
The Fayette County Gold 4-H Junior team placed 1st overall. Team members consisted of Kaisley Janecka, Rheagan Karisch, Abraham McBride, and Alexis Berckenhoff. Individually, Kaisley was Reserve Champion Junior Judger and Rheagan was 5th high point. The Fayette County Maroon 4-H Junior Team placed 11th overall. Team members consisted of Crockett Guenther, Sawyer Mau, Paige Carruthers, Addison Berckenhoff, and Addison Eichler.
The Fayette County Blue 4-H Junior Team placed 19th overall. Team members consisted of Kullen Kutac, Quinn Arnett, Hayleigh Pizzitola, and Adalyn Carrales. The Fayette County White 4-H Junior Team placed 23rd overall. Team members consisted of Rilan Karisch, Meredith Carruthers, Kinley Kutac, and Kaylee Branecky. Judging as an individual was Laramie Laake and Abbigale Eichler. The Fayette County 4-H Senior Team placed 8th overall. Team members consisted of Harper Mua, Peyton Gilchrest, Cooper Mau, and Kaelan Freytag. The Livestock Judging Team is coached by JoJo and Kaci Carrales.
