The 51st annual Flatonia Czhilispiel took place this past weekend in downtown Flatonia. Texas Chili Company of Galveston led by head cook Kevin Foley won the CASI-sanctioned chili cookoff. Spice Crew led by head cook Kylie Mica won best hometown chili.
