Colorado Valley Independent Cattlemen’s Association is pleased to announce this year’s scholarship winners. In partnership with the Faith P. and Charles L. Bybee Foundation and along with the Carl L. Wendler Family, the organization will once again award $2,000 to each student in three counties; Colorado, Fayette and Lee.
