Capacity Building Grants Awarded to Seven Schulenburg, Weimar Area Organizations

The Stanzel Family Foundation has awarded Capacity Building Grants to seven local nonprofit organizations serving the Schulenburg and Weimar communities. These grants are designed to strengthen the internal systems and leadership of organizations so they are better equipped to serve the community over the long term.

Capacity Building Grants support efforts such as strategic planning, governance development, operational improvements, and organizational infrastructure. By investing in these behind-the-scenes capacities, the Foundation helps ensure that local nonprofits can operate more effectively, sustainably, and with greater impact.

This year’s grant recipients include Schulenburg ISD, Senior Connections, And Then A New Day, Fayette County Community Theatre, Building Resilience Inclusion Diversity and Growth thru Education (BRIDGE), Colorado County Habitat for Humanity, and Alliance for College & Career Student Success (ACCSS).

Through its grant making, the Stanzel Family Foundation supports organizations working to advance education, health, and community well-being in the Schulenburg and Weimar area.
