Bishop Donates a Car to Schulenburg Group
The end of the year is an incredibly important time for And Then A New Day. As a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, we are able accept monetary or nonmonetary donations from the public. This Giving Season, we accepted our first, large nonmonetary donation. Bill Bishop, of La Grange, came to And Then to inquire about donating a Toyota RAV 4 vehicle in his possession. With plans to purchase a new vehicle, Bishop had hopes of donating his previous vehicle to help further the mission and progress of And Then A New Day. With the funds raised from the sale of the vehicle, And Then A New Day can continue to grow our facilities and programming to serve more young adults in our local communities. We are continually grateful for Bill’s support and generosity. Bill also has roots in refurbishing computers for charitable causes.
