4-H at National Western Roundup

Fayette County 4-H members competed at the National Western Roundup in Denver, Colo. the first week of January. They competed in the Family Community Health (FCH) Quiz Bowl and placed 3rd overall. Team members consisted of Cooper Mau, Harper Mau, Mackenzie Poncik and Cash Smith. Cooper was 2nd High Point Individual and Cash was 3rd High Point Individual. The Western National Roundup continues to be held each January in Denver, Colo. The event is held at the same time as the famous National Western Stock Show. Youth must qualify at the State Level in order to participate. Pictured left to right are Cash Smith, Mackenzie Poncik, Harper Mau and Cooper Mau.
