What Has Harris Accomplished?

Kamala Harris, in her first campaign rally for the Democrat Party presidential nominee reminded prospective voters of her elected roles (in reverse order): vice president, U.S. senator, California attorney general, and before that a courtroom prosecutor. She stated, “I took on perpetrators of all kinds. Predators…; Fraudsters who ripped off consumers; cheaters who broke the rules for their own gain; so, hear me when I say, I know Donald Trump’s type.” What came to my mind immediately when I heard her say these words was “It takes one to know one.”
Harris is being fast-tracked for the nomination without having competed in or having won a single presidential primary. “Harris is running with Biden’s record and Hillary Clinton‘s profile—not a winning combination,” but one the Democrat Party’s bosses have decided to settle for. According to a recent CNN poll, Harris has a 29% favorable rating. Tyler O’Neil, managing editor of The Daily Signal reminds voters of Harris’s actions as an elected official: 1. As California’s attorney general, she used the law to target her political and ideological opponents. Having received $81,000 from Planned Parenthood, she ordered the search of David Daleiden’s home. David had exposed Planned Parenthood via video evidence for selling aborted baby body parts in 2014. (LifeNews,com, Cheryl Sullenger, April 7, 2016, Sacramento, CA,). LifeNews reported, ‘Since the California Department of Justice, under the leadership of Democratic State Attorney General Kamala Harris, searched the home of David Daleiden on Tuesday, there have been numerous news stories noting an apparent conflict of interest in Harris’ investigation of Daleiden and the Center for Medical Progress that ignores obvious evidence of illegal conduct on the part of Planned Parenthood.
2. Her AG office targeted conservative groups demanding they turn over IRS schedule B tax forms which include donor information.
3. As a member of the Senate Judiciary Committee, she “aggressively questioned former President Trump’s nominees on issues arguably unrelated to their official positions.”
4. As a U.S. Senator between 2017 and 2021 she voted 100% for bills supported by the Planned Parenthood Action Fund. She received 0% rating from the National Right to Life Committee.
5. “Harris has carried water for illegal immigrants, suggesting an unwillingness to apply the law and secure the border.”
Several commentators have stated, Kamala “owns all the inflation, illegal immigration, disgrace in Afghanistan, and inadequacy in confronting crises from Yemen to Ukraine that characterizes the past three years.” She has been a collaborator to the Biden’s sham of he’s “sharp as a tack”. What has she accomplished for American citizens?
Voters must consider Harris’s record and her “indifference” to citizens’real issues. She has made “outright fabrications” and misrepresented facts” in recent campaign speeches and her campaign has “acknowledged that the vice president is deliberately misleading voters about Project 2025”. (first reported by CNN, Rob Bluey, Daily Signal, 7/25/24). I agree with Barton Swaim’s assessment (WSJ) of Kamala as “a full-on progressive and can be counted on to promote everything progressives want: Medicare for all, free healthcare for illegal immigrants, the ending of cash bail, and much more.” Don’t be hoodwinked.
