What Are Those Lights in the Sky?

I tend to wake up around 3 a.m. every day. I go out on my second story apartment balcony and love to look at the stars, look for airplanes. I’ve learned what a few of the planets are, and with my binoculars, I can see the Pleiades, also known as the Seven Sisters and I also try to look for strange anomalous lights.

One morning I saw two solid lights that looked like they were heading straight for each other. I assumed they were airplanes but they appeared to be going faster than airplanes typically fly and they were single dots of white light, no flashing lights to indicate they were airplanes. When they looked like they were about to collide, one light went straight up and the other one went straight down then they both just faded away.

On another morning, I saw lights coming towards me from the East and they just didn’t look right. It wasn’t typical airplane lights. I even wondered if it was a drone like what they were seeing in New Jersey because it was about that same time. I watched it for a few minutes then went inside. After a while, I went back out on the balcony and saw a large circumference, just a few feet off the roof, of hazy pink light slowly going over the top of the apartments but there was no sound. I knew it had to be from those lights I saw earlier but I didn’t see whatever it was that was giving off this light as it went over the roof. At my age, if I had run downstairs in my nightgown and out into the parking lot to try to see this thing and magically even remembered to grab my glasses and phone making sure it was on video and not picture mode, it would have been long gone.

This morning, I was watching a video on Instagram and it was 9-1-1 being flooded with calls from the same neighborhood, people alarmed because there were strange lights in the sky and one lady said that what she saw was giving off a glowing pink light. Oh really?

I’ve always been fascinated by UFOs since a very early age, probably first or second grade. Whenever they handed out the book flyer, I always made sure I ordered any books about UFOs. I don’t know what was going on in the 1960s that would have made me aware of UFOs but for some reason I had a heightened interest. As kids we were always outside playing and rarely watched TV except maybe Saturday morning cartoons so I can’t imagine I heard anything about UFOs on the TV. Flash forward 60 odd years, and I had to wonder about that pink light and what in the world was causing it. I am aggravated that I missed it, but at the same time wonder if maybe I wasn’t supposed to see it and I’m not sure how to interpret that.

There is so much out there about UFOs but I wonder about their validity same as the whole Bigfoot phenomenon. Do these things really exist? Is the government really hiding something as many people speculate? A lot of people absolutely do not believe in UFOs. They say that even the closest planets are millions of light years away; how in the world could they travel all the way to Earth. But who’s to say they don’t know how to travel that distance, there may be other civilizations on other planets that think the way we do things is primitive, no matter how far advanced we’ve become technologically. Anything is possible, right?
