Thank you so very much for the beautifully illustrated editorial cartoon tribute to Maui in last week’s newspaper.
The heart-shaped pink flower lei surrounding the island was perfect.
Each of the Hawaiian Islands has a “color,” associated with the “flower” of each island.
Maui’s flower is the pink Lokelani (Heavenly Rose.)
