Who are the domestic threats and who is a threat to democracy?
Last week was “Celebrate Freedom Week”, (Sept. 16-20, 2024) established in 1956 by President Eisenhower, “to highlight the values and ideals on which the United States was founded as well as the sacrifices that were made for freedom in the founding of the country.” According to the Texas EducationAgency, students in grades 3-12 are “required to recite the preamble of the U.S. Constitution during this week.”
The Preamble of the U.S. Constitution says, “We the people of the United States of America, in order to make a more perfect Union, establish Justice, insure domestic Tranquility, provide for the common defense, promote the general Welfare, and secure the Blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our Posterity, do ordain and establish this Constitution for the United States of America.”
Throughout the Biden-Harris administration we have not seen any attempts at unification. Biden spent his first days as President signing Executive Orders undoing freedoms and protections to American citizens established by his predecessor. Harris encouraged lawlessness as California’s state’s attorney and continued to provoke lawlessness as Biden’s “border czar” by not enforcing U.S. immigration law leading to the exact opposite of “insuring domestic tranquility.” As for ‘providing the common defense and promoting the general welfare, we have seenAmerican citizens displaced and abused by illegal immigrants. “The blessings of Liberty to ourselves and our posterity” are being attacked daily by the illegal gangs and the drug cartels that continue to cross our borders, intimidate and threaten our citizens.
Biden, Harris, and their advisors have twisted and/or ignored the U.S. Constitution to fit their agenda. Both Harris and Biden took an oath, “I do solemnly swear that I will support and defend. The Constitution of the United States against all enemies, foreign and domestic; that I will bear true faith and allegiance to the same….”
The primary votes of nearly 15 million voters were abruptly nullified by the coup of Democratic elites that chose Harris to replace Biden as the Democratic President candidate.
Harris, who had neither won a primary nor a single delegate through an election, was suddenly coronated as the new Biden-replacement candidate— and without an open convention contest or vote.” Democratic donors and high-ranking politicos denied their own party members freedom to choose their candidate for president.
In two recent commentaries Harris has been called “a cipher” (a nothing), and “an artless dodger”, because she has evaded every question of substance since her elevation to presidential candidate. I’d like a definition of “opportunity economy”.
Harris continues to lie about her “upbringing” and refuses to give voters any insight into the policies she will implement. Where is the joy in the empty rhetoric of “investing in ambitions and aspirations”? Where is the joy in lying to the American voters by “reconstructed her privileged upbringing as a child of two PhDs, living in a posh Montreal neighborhood into a struggling, middle-class Oakland childhood”?
“New Tolerance Campaign research has shown two kinds of consistent and consistently charged rhetoric surrounding President Trump: insistence that his reelection would lead to the collapse of the country, and calls for the former president’s death,” Gregory T. Angelo, New Tolerance Campaign’s president, told The Daily Signal. This rhetoric is spoken by high-profile politicians, like Harris, Biden, Schumer, and members of the mainstream media with massive audiences. Is this part of the Harris Joy campaign?
On Sept. 16 The Daily Signal posted a list of “influencers” who called for violence against Trump, called him an “existential threat to Democracy,” compared Trump to Hitler and Mussolini, “if elected his presidency will turn into a dictatorship,” one even suggested Biden should order a drone strike on Trump, a Biden-Harris campaign video was reposted expressing “there is always hope” Trump will be assassinated like Lincoln. Where is the joy in such rhetoric?
Democrat candidates and pundits are frequently in the news spewing hatred and vitriol, condoning character assassinations by misquoting or taking statements out of context. The American people deserve better. Democrat Party is the party spewing threats and undermining the freedoms many Americans fought and died for.
To vote for the Democrat Party down the ticket is to vote anti-American, anti-freedom, anti-democracy. Vote Republican down the ticket to save America.
