Trump’s Savvy

To the Editor:

I am not a promoter whatsoever of ‘fake news.” I leave that to the liberal left news media. All the years I’ve written letters to the Editor, I have fact checked them many times before I submit them. In one of his recent letters to the editor, Mr. Mikus stated that I submit fake news. He does not know me and he should not submit that I promote fake news because I wrote an incorrect word.

I should have been more careful with my word choice in a certain letter to the editor, and I should have stated that Joe Biden ‘commuted’ sentences for over 35 people on death row. However, I understand that some consider commuting one’s sentence as part of a pardoning process. Mr. Mikus should check ‘his’ facts about January 6th. Only one person was killed that day and that was a Republican woman shot by a police officer. It is reported she had no gun, as none of the rioters did, and was just walking in with a crowd. One other man died off premises prior to the riot, and I understand two police officers died a day, and several days later, all from natural causes. These deaths had no proven connections to the riots, as reported.

Although Mr. Mikus doesn’t mention the costs of over 400 days of vacation for Joe Biden and his entourage while he has been president, I wish I had the crystal ball Mr. Mikus must have to know how much it costs for Donald Trump to unwind and play a round of golf, or who Trump will pardon, or who stayed in a Trump hotel. I personally see nothing wrong with that anyway. I can only wish I had the business savvy to have been as accomplished as Donald Trump. It’s called capitalism.

Hopefully President Trump will use that same savvy to get our country straightened out from high inflation, open borders and account for over 300,000 missing children. Add in high crime and drugs, sex changes on children, men in women’s sports, and the plethora of other messes the Biden/ Harris administration has left us, all while Biden continues to rack up debt, giving away billions of dollars his last days in office to seemingly any country that wants it.

I personally thank God every day that we are blessed to have D.J. Trump coming back to take over. I believe the USA would not have survived four more years under these liberal left Democrats.
