Play Bingo Saturday in Ellinger

Bingo will be held at the Ellinger Chamber of Commerce Hall on Saturday, June 7. Doors open at 4 p.m., kitchen at 5 p.m. and games start at 6 p.m. Hamburgers, hotdogs, nachos and desserts will be served. The hall is located at W. Colorado Sky Street in Ellinger.

Pipe Organ Anniversary St. Paul in Fayetteville will have a 50th anniversary pipe organ celebratory recital on Friday, June 13 from 6-7 p.m. The recital will be performed by Paul Butt, organist. Light refreshments will be served at the end of the recital.

Dancing Under the Stars Shared Lutheran Ministry and St. Paul in La Grange will raise funds for Lutherhill at Dancing Under the Stars. The event will be Saturday, July 26 at Hermann Sons Life Hall in Rutersville and will begin with dinner at 5 p.m. Fried chicken, sausage and trimmings will be served, dine in preferred. Music will be provided by The Back Porch Boys. There will be a live and silent auction. Bring your own beverage and chair.

Shared Lutheran Ministry SLM will host Vacation Bible School at St. John in Rutersville the week of June 16. The day will run from 8:30-12 p.m. with breakfast provided. Breakfast will be served from 7:45-8:30 a.m. and participants should be Kindergarten - 6th grade. There is no charge this year and for more details, please contact the office at (979) 2493155.

Worship services are still offered on Facebook, You Tube and KTIM 89.1 on Sundays at Noon. Ellinger has worship every Sunday at 8 a.m. with communion.

St. Mary’s Catholic Church St. Mary’s Catholic Church mass is every Saturday at 4 p.m. and Sunday at 8 a.m.

Brethren Church 

Fayetteville Brethren Church has services the second, third, and fourth Saturdays of each month at 10 a.m. Other services are at Industry Brethren on the second, third and fourth Saturdays at 5 p.m., Wesley Brethren on Sundays at 9 a.m. and Nelsonville Brethren on Sundays at 10:15 a.m. Rev. Mike Groseclose leads all the services. The Nelsonville service is live streamed on Nelsonville Brethren’s Facebook page.

Ellinger C of C 

The Ellinger Chamber of Commerce will meet on Tuesday, June 10 at 7 p.m. in the dining room at the chamber building. All chamber and community members are invited to attend.

Ellinger Sewer and Water Ellinger Sewer and Water will meet at 6 p.m. on Monday, June 9 at the fire station.
