My Political Flag

To the Editor:

To the anonymous coward who sent a letter to me about my Trump flag: I’m sorry you are so bothered that I continue to fly my Trump flag weeks after the election. You demand I remove the flag because it hurts your feelings and it’s not considerate of others. However, I will not submit to your request and will continue to exercise my first amendment rights by flying the flag. The man has been defamed by the media, survived an assassination attempt (twice), and impeached on phony claims and now you want me to take down a flag?

I would suggest you choose joy over the hatred that inspired you to write such a spiteful letter, but it seems that you aren’t a person capable of having a civil conversation considering the disgusting letter you chose to write. If you can’t handle a Trump flag now how will you endure the next four years?
