To the editor:

Thank you SO much for this Tuesday morning update. I live in Minnesota but my mom, Annette Giese Binning, was born and raised in West Point, my grandfather, John L. Giese, was a perennial booster of all things Fayette County, and my uncle, H.C. Giese (also a lifelong resident and long-time high school principal) remains one of the people I most admire. All that being said, I love to hear what is happening in Fayette County (I used to read the Fayette County Record cover to cover when my grandad would send it) and sometimes hear some of what’s up down there but your update is more complete. Now I get a little window into Fayette County news. So... Thank you very much!
