Of Landslides & Pardons
To the Editor:
I’m addressing two letters to the same writer.
To the letter complaining that President Trump’s recent victory wasn’t a landslide. Still being triggered by President Trump’s win? My advice…get used to it.
President Trump did win by a landslide because he wasn’t supposed to win at all. The lame stream media and dishonest pollsters claimed right up to election night that Harris was going to win. So I’d say it’s a landslide over those idiots in proving them so very wrong. It was a landslide because he won the White House, the Senate, the House, and the popular vote. And now the map of the of United States is deep red.
To the second letter “Ignoring the Facts.” The fact is Biden went against the courts to “commute” (it’s still a pardon in my eyes) the sentences of violent criminals who should no longer be allowed to live on this planet. While I’m a Christian, I’m an eye for an eye girl. You take someone’s life, you forfeit yours. Right or wrong, I’ll have that conversation with God when I see him. NowAmerican citizens are on the hook to support these violent criminals until they die. It’s so easy for people to say they are against the death penalty when they have no skin in the game. Maybe those who don’t believe in the death penalty should have to house these criminals. Let’s see how that works out for them. I’m absolutely sure that the families of the victims of these low life criminals have a very different opinion on what should happen to these criminals. But then again, it’s always the position of Democrats to care more for criminals than for the law abiding American people they were elected to serve and protect.
Biden pardoned his son for one reason only. He knew if he didn’t, Hunter would tell the entire world just exactly how corrupt the Biden family is and how much money they illegally received from foreign governments. The whole family should be in jail.
As to the “violent rioters and insurrectionists who caused death, injury, and destruction.” The only person who died that day was an unarmed female veteran who was killed by a Capital police officer. There was no insurrection; no one was charged with insurrection. These were people who were protesting, which was their right, that’s it. You also forgot to mention that the Democratic party had a hundred or so FBI operatives in the crowd to stir up trouble. I’m guessing these same FBI operatives opened the doors to the Capital and allowed people in. There were a couple of idiots in the group who did stupid things while in the capital. The majority did nothing wrong. This was suppression of the American peoples’ right to freedom of speech, the right to assemble, along with false imprisonment, period.
