I Don’t Want to Sell

To the editor:

This letter is intended to the real estate agents and individuals asking to buy my property.

Stop it. I do not want to sell my land and if I did I would not sell it to you.

If someone is intending to sell their land, and this is merely a suggestion, you might want to put a clause in the deed that states “This property cannot be subdivided for the next 20 years.” That might slow them down.
