How We Use Our Money

To the editor:

Reading the various issues of The Fayette County Record can really make you wonder what is happening in Fayette County.

Stories about other costly projects all the while this community needs a hospital, which should be the primary focus of dollars spent in Fayette County.

One has to ask with all the proposed projects in Fayette County shouldn’t the primary concern be going to getting the hospital up and running? Money doesn’t seem to be a problem when it comes to pet projects in Fayette County, but it sure looks like a lot of those funds might be diverted towards the hospital which is vital to the community.
