How I Voted
To the Editor:
I voted for the most prolife candidates, because God hates the shedding of innocent blood. (Proverbs 6:17) I voted for the most pro-Israel candidates, because God blesses those who bless Israel and curses those who don’t. (Genesis 12:3) I voted for the most prodebt- reduction candidates, because the borrower becomes a slave to the lender. (Proverbs 22:7) I voted for the most prowork candidates, because God says if a man won’t work, let him not eat. (2 Thessolonians 3:10) I voted for the most securethe- border candidates, because the Bible states every city and country had a wall. (Nehemiah 12:27) I voted for the most promarriage candidates, because God is for marriage as defined. (Genesis 2:24) I voted for the candidates who defined gender correctly. (Genesis 1:27) I voted for the candidates who most closely believe government’s purpose is to reward good and punish evil. (Romans 13:1) Our November election seems to support the above voting guidelines and if the people of America choose to have righteousness prevailing in future elections, they will continue to: vote the Bible.
