God Desires Good Government

To the editor:

If The Holy Spirit happened to update The Bible, I wonder what the book of ‘AMERICANS’ would say about the church of today?

Many churches are in a mess and have strayed from Jesus Christ. If the polling is correct, most do not read their Bible daily much less join a Bible study. A mere average of 34% of Christians in America could be bothered to vote in 2020. This accounts for current rapid deterioration of our government and education, all levels, as laws passed are aggressively evil and the godly as a whole suffer from the silence of the majority of Christians who do not fulfil their solemn obligation and duty to vote Biblical. Few participate in any civic matters unless it affects their home/family. Hence the difference in party platforms being a clear choice as they are either Biblical or not.

This is why we are seeing life long Democratic politicians switching parties almost daily. They can no longer vote for laws and bills that are not as God would choose and their souls are conflicted where they cannot support evil any longer. There is only good and evil in this warfare. If your spirit is filled with Biblical wisdom and revelation, you can easily draw a ‘T’chart with good/evil, search The Bible for God’s answer (He covered it all thousands of years ago for us), and through the renewing of your mind (part of your soul) if you are twelve years old, you can put the item in God’s column of good or evil. Then it takes spiritual warfare to set your soul in the right kingdom on the issue. Think eternal now. We have only two choices – God’s Kingdom called Heaven… Satan’s Kingdom called Hell. That’s it. Choose your eternity. Always remember that God is the same-yesterday, today and tomorrow. That takes the chaos our of life decisions.

I finally read the chronological Bible for the first time last year at the age of 70. It was so life changing that I am reading it this year once more. Several friends are enjoying that gift. Because first in life, we are Christians.

If your church does not have a voter registration drive or encourage everyone to register, if your pastor does not encourage everyone eligible to vote, and if your pastor does not support The Bible as The Word of God, Thanks Be To God as we say in church, is their authenticity as a foundation for belief in God Almighty? We Christians nationwide cannot afford to not vote in 2024. If you are sincere and ready to stand with God, He gave us 2 Chronicles 7:14, He gave His Son Jesus Christ as our Lord and Savior, and, He made us for such a time as this, Esther and Mordecai peoples. Jesus Christ redeemed us who believe. The Holy Spirit is our comforter for God’s will for us. God is our Father in Heaven. God desires good government in Christ’s church, Christian families and Christian America. Support Him.
