Enough Attacks

To the editor:

When will the attacks end? I couldn’t help but see that a fund is being created to help property owners bring legal action against neighbors related to green energy.

Are these people who created this fund for real? This is a free country, I bought my property with my own money, and now someone is going to try and tell me what and what I cannot do with my own land. Reminds me of these people who do not want a particular subdivision near them, but could have purchased the land when they had the chance.

Pitting neighbor against neighbor is a great way to make enemies. Just reading about the defense fund makes me sick. One will have to prove that a green energy project somehow impacts the value of the property and ones livelihood.

I’m not a fan of 600’ turbine towers, but creating a fund to file a lawsuit against ones neighbors is not the answer. At what point will someone create a fund to keep pigs, sheep or some other type of livestock away from someones property?
