Don’t Attack ICE

To the Editor:

The recent outbursts and actions against ICE and other agencies is un-american and illegal. The enforcement of all laws is very important to keeping our country safe from all who wish to harm us. When the ICE agents in Texas were attacked/ambushed at the ICE detention center the other day, they should have shot every one of the 12 assailants.

Having their day in court was left behind for them when they attempted their attack/ ambush. Bushwackers should be shot or hanged.

Any and all law officers are owed respect when performing their jobs, it is just a job, not any hate motivated action on their part.

If you are not here illegally or actively committing a crime, you have no reason to confront them nor attack them. If you do, you should be expecting an overpowering reaction from them. Don’t be surprised, for instance, if you hit one with a stick, when you get shot.

Many cities around the country are having people attack federal and state law officers while they are performing their jobs enforcing our laws. Many times it is interfering, sometimes resisting arrest. Either case deserves overpowering force. Also, anyone that is an elected official who encourages revolt or interference against them, should pay a price as well. If someone is paying these people to interfere or attack them, they should be jailed and tried for criminal conspiracy and any other charges deemed appropriate.

Yes, America is trying to catch the 30 million or so illegals who now wander our cities. We should be proud of them for taking on such a daunting task, not harassing them or interfering.

If you see crime being committed, do call the proper authorities to get it stopped. It takes us all to protect us all.
