To the editor:I am very disappointed with the reaction and rejection of my brilliant ideas to pay for drainage when I appeared in front of city council last week. These past ideas would not have cost the citizens a thing….it was a winwin. I do not want to believe that the council rejected my ideas because they were too lazy. I believe they refused my ideas because they didn’t draw enough revenue…
