Democrats Peddling Hatred
To the editor:
Two of the regular purveyors of liberal media talking points wrote letters posted in the FCR of September 20, 2024. As usual, the letters had no facts nor proof.
Let’s start with “MAGA Fanning Violence.” Pointing fingers-I’m guessing the “newcomers” you’re referring to are people who have entered this country illegally. They are not newcomers, migrants, immigrants, or whatever other word the Democrats choose to use to excuse their ignoring federal law and allowing these people in the country. Do you have a problem with these “newcomers, etc.” murdering American citizens? Americans who would be alive had their killers not been allowed in the country.
Inciting voters to seek to resolve differences with bullets and not ballots – jeez, really provide facts and instances of this alleged incitement.
To your last paragraph, what a bunch of garbage. What weapons of war are you referring to that would be used against elementary school children, immigrants, politicians, or concert goers? I’m guessing you’re talking about AR-15s and the like. If that’s the case, you are uninformed and uneducated about weapons like most democrats. Just to be clear again, banning guns will not stop criminals and those who want to hurt people from getting guns. Example, Ryan Wesley Routh, who attempted to shoot President Trump on the golf course is a felon who could not have guns but he had them anyway. To most people, weapons of war refers to military equipment. Most of which are not available to the average American so spare us the democratic hysteria on guns.
As to casting votes, I’m all for voting. As long as it’s by eligible American citizens; that mail in ballots are limited to eligible American citizens; and those eligible American citizens are breathing.
Next “Joy and Hope.” Now that’s a funny title since Democrats/liberals are the antithesis of joy and hope. Banning books in schools – I addressed this issue before. Books about things children don’t need to learn about in school, i.e., sex, homosexuality, or as Word corrected me during spell-check, same-gender attraction, transgender situations, etc. have no place in school libraries. Parents have the right to know what their children are being exposed to and have access in a school library. I’m not for banning books as that’s a dangerous slope to go down. Only age appropriate books should be allowed in schools and those books should concern things being taught in the classroom. If parents want their children to read books on other subjects, they can go to the public library.
Trump flag flying on a church parsonage – TDS is on full display with this comment. People and places have every right to show their support for whomever they want when it comes to elections. But as we’ve seen over and over again Democrats only want one side shown. They want to silence anyone who disagrees with them. Thank God for the 1st Amendment (and the 2nd Amendment which protects the 1st). If the writer was triggered or offended by the Trump flag, get over it. Believe me, I’m offended any time a Democrat opens their mouth. This is still a free country and people have the right to support whomever they wish.
Demonizing one political party – I’m glad the word “demonizing” was used. That is a good word to describe those in the Democratic Party. People who have become so evil and hateful, they can’t see or don’t care what they are doing to America and its citizens.
Unjustified violence against children and minorities. Again, where are your facts and instances.
I agree with “vote for the party that stands for unity and for all Americans.” That would not be the Democratic Party. But let’s hear from these two writers on how the Democratic Party has united the country or will unite the country. What have they done for all Americans? Tell us why you’re voting for Harris/Walz or any Democrat/liberal for that matter. What are the democrat policies of Harris/Walz or the Democratic Party that you support? You have a lot to say about President Trump and Republicans/ conservatives but as far as I know you’ve never addressed what the Democratic party has done for allAmericans or why anyone should vote for Democrats.
I’ll end with this…if your hatred for one man is greater than your love for America, you are the problem.
