Democrats At It Again

To the editor:

What is it with Democrats and not understanding what the Constitution says? Or more importantly, not caring what it says. There are three separate branches of the government…legislative, executive, and judicial. The Founding Fathers set up three separate branches of government so there was a checks and balances system in place so that one branch couldn’t have ultimate control. I’m guessing they didn’t anticipate that Democratic presidents and the Democratic party would trash and ignore the Constitution by any means necessary. To Democrats the ends justify the means. Democrats have been trying for years to do away with the Constitution because it doesn’t allow them their ultimate goal…complete subjugation of theAmerican people.

The Democrats want to pack the Supreme Court with liberal activist judges, like Sonia Sotomayor, Elena Kagan, and my personal favorite, the supreme court judge who can’t define what a woman is, Ketanji Brown Jackson. They want judges who will rubber stamp whatever the Democrat party wants. Legal or not; allowed by the Constitution or not. Unfortunately for them, the Constitution has language to prevent that. According to the Constitution it would take an amendment process, two-thirds of the House and the Senate would need to approve the language for an amendment to the Constitution, with three-quarters of the states ratifying the amendment. They legally cannot strip President Trump’s immunity nor can they “overhaul” the Supreme Court. They can’t do anything without a Constitutional amendment. That won’t stop them from trying something illegal to make it happen though. Biden has already ignored a ruling by the Supreme Court; he DOES NOT have the authority to forgive student debt. But since our Justice Department is as corrupt as the Democrat party, they have done nothing. However, the fact that Democrats think they can do this should be a huge red flag to Americans regardless of party. Well, at least, Americans who believe in freedom, the Constitution, and our laws.

The truth is many Americans are afraid their children, grandchildren and even great grandchildren will not grow up in a free America. The Democrats want to control every aspect of our lives. They are accusing President Trump of being a threat to democracy when in actuality they are the threat. Two of the biggest threats to the United States that are protected by the Constitution but are ignored by Democrats…open borders and gun control. Both are addressed in the Constitution; our borders are to be protected (Article IV, § 4, which promises that the federal government “shall protect each [State] against invasion,” and Article I, § 10, Clause 3, which acknowledges “the States’ sovereign interest in protecting their borders.”). The right to bear arms (A well-regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed).

Facts: open borders-the following crimes were committed by illegal aliens from 2021 to date. Assault/Battery/Domestic Violence; DUI; Homicide/ Manslaughter; Illegal drug trafficking; Illegal entry/re-entry; possession of illegal weapons, transport, trafficking; sexual assault; other (crimes that didn’t fall under the above listed crimes) Total = 67,793. Know what it was under President Trump = 27,425. That’s about a 147% increase under Biden. The numbers for all of the above categories went down each year President Trump was in office. This information is right off the U.S Border and Protection website. At least ten million illegals have entered this country during Biden’s term. Some sources have it as high as 18 million. And here’s some information from June. At least 100 illegal aliens on the terror watch list have been released into the U.S. since Biden’s been in office. That does not include any who may have been in the two million illegals who are “gotaway’s” who evade border patrol agents. These illegals are from 36 different countries including countries with active terror presences. Let’s call this what it is…Democrats bringing in their new voting bloc. Our laws are being ignored by the government and Democratic voters could care less. You think because you live in a small town, you’re somehow safe…you’re not. As a reminder, there were 19 hijackers who took down 3 planes and the twin towers. They killed at least 3,000 people and injured hundreds more. Think what a 100 or more could do. Democrats could care less about American lives.

Gun control-as I’ve said before, an unarmed populace are slaves. Democrats say it’s the gun’s fault when someone is killed. It’s not, it’s the fault of the human who pulled the trigger. Taking guns away from law-abiding citizens thinking that will stop gun crime is a perfect example of how out of touch Democrats are with reality. Democrats don’t care about gun crime; they only care about disarming the American people. How about we enforce the law on the books. Oh that’s right, soft on crime Democrat DAs, legislators, and governors across the country let repeat offenders of assault, rape, murder, etc. walk right out the door to recommit crimes.

VP Harris-what has she done to qualify to become the president of the United States? She certainly wasn’t qualified to be vice president. In a word…nothing. Even her supporters are having a hard time defining her accomplishments while she was vice president. Democrats elected an incompetent president in Biden and now they’re all giddy to elect the same with Harris. Biden will go down as the worst president to date. If Harris is elected, she will top Biden for the worst president in history. Who believes Biden has been running the country? Democrats would have to be blind and massively uninformed to believe that…oh wait they are.

But to be fair to Democrats, please tell us what Biden and Harris have done for ALL Americans; not just special interest groups. Why are you voting for Harris or any Democrat for that matter? Only actual facts should be presented. And no, putting “Fact” in front of a comment does not make it a fact.

I’ll start-I’m voting for Trump because first and foremost, he’s not a Democrat. This country will not withstand another four years of Democratic rule. While he was President unemployment across all major U.S. demographics hit an alltime low; the biggest tax cuts and reforms in history were enacted-before Democrats get their boxers in a bunch here’s the percentage of who pays the most income tax and no income taxes-Top 1% ofAmericans pay 45.8% of total income taxes. 40.1% pay no income taxes. So yes, they got a bigger tax break because they make more money and pay more taxes…not rocket science people; opened ANWR and approved Keystone XL and Dakota Access pipelines; provided regulatory relief for community banks and credit unions; eliminated the Obamacare individual mandate; oil production reached an all time high; cancelled the Clean Power Plan to protect coal production; withdrew from the Iran deal; kept Guantanamo Bay open; got rid of NAFTA and replaced it with a new deal; imposed a number of tariffs on foreign countries to protect the U.S; built a good part of the wall to keep illegals out; put three conservative justices on the Supreme Court.The thing he did the best was scare the crap out of Russia and China, which is why Russia released the two Americans they’ve been holding forever, now. Pretty convenient so close to the election. Russia and China do not what President Trump back in office because he will not put up with their BS. That alone is reason to vote for him. Your turn.
