I have had the fortunate experience to live and thrive in a very large metropolitan city, where water restrictions were mandated.
Now, in Fayette County, it truly breaks my heart and at the same time, disgusts me as it hits a nerve while I witness gorgeous green lush lawns/ yards while we are in a hard-hit drought. What comes to mind is, “common sense is not so common.”
