Anyone Voting for Harris?
To the editor:
Is anyone out there really thinking of voting for Kamala Harris? The woman who now wants to fix what she and Joe Biden have implemented from the day they took office, the “open border, high prices, crime, inflation.” And I would ask, why does she have to wait until January? Why doesn’t she do something now? She’s had “3 ½ years” and just now, wants to start fixing these issues she helped start? She flip flops like a fish out of water. We know why, she wants the votes in November.
We should all remember, “Elections have consequences.” We are already a country in major debt, and Kamala Harris gave a speech the other day (although she still is not taking press questions) and now, as if the college costs being canceled were not enough, she wants to give some folks $25,000 to put down on a new home. Is she serious? Yes, as long as it sounds good enough to get her votes.
Unlike Donald Trump, Kamala is obviously not, a business person, and any economics classes she may have taken surely didn’t sink in. This presidential election is not a popularity contest, it is for the fate of our country, and ourselves. We cannot continue this needless spending and making the hard working American absorb these costs through higher taxes. Ultimately, it will all break our country. We need oil fields back open to stop the inflation. It all filters down.
I am a senior citizen. I will be impacted greatly if my social security is cut because Kamala and the Democrats will use those funds to help the illegals still coming in, or already here. They want the illegals on welfare, medicare, and social security. She says Trump will stop social security. If that is true, why didn’t he do that the first round? A predictor of future behavior is past behavior. Trump has promised not to touch social security this time either and he has kept his campaign promises in the past.
It is Kamala Harris’s and the Democrats policies that will break social security. It is the current Democratic leaders and wannabes that will break our country financially, and break the democracy the USA has always stood for. I would suspect as I write this that not one Democrat leader will have called out the riots against Israel the week of the DNC.
This nonsense cannot continue. As if not bad enough with Joe Biden at the realm, Kamala Harris’s policies will even be worse than Joe Biden’s. Her father taught Marxism. Harris is known to have been the most liberal senator ever to hold that office.
To those people who want to vote for her because she is a woman, (which is ridiculous in itself) remember, that as a woman, she has been responsible for not closing the border and allowing rapists and murderers to come in and murder and rape women and children. I do not know how she and Joe Biden can live with this. Remember this when you vote.
Harris, Biden, Pelosi and other Dems must think we are stupid. I believe most people can see through all this, but sadly, people do not always look at politics in the ways it all affects them. Many of us grew up to think we had to stay in one party as our parents did. There is no disgrace to change parties. Who would know our Democratic leaders would go so far left that they would promote socialist and communist platforms in the United States?
And to top it off, her Vice President candidate Walz lies about his military service and wants tampons in boy’s locker and bathrooms. Is this who you would want to possibly lead our country someday?
I repeat: elections have consequences. Vote for America and vote Trump. Looking back four years ago, life was much better, safer, productive and easier to live. Let’s make it “Great Again.”
