Henri Vincik has played a huge role in the Flatonia baseball team winning its first district title since 2009, their 23-4 overall record and their current march to the third round of the baseball playoffs.

The Fayetteville baseball swept into the 1A regional finals with authority Wednesday as they beat Menard 8-3 and 19-0 in their playoff series in Lago Vista. In the opener Lions pitcher Jack Schley hurled a masterpiece, striking out 12.
