Horsing Around at the ‘Neigh’borhood Drive-In

Tuesday night at Sonic Drive-In as most folks drove up to get some fast food, La Grange teens Nahqi Williams, left, and Jhase Scott, right, trotted up on horseback to get their food. While they were there eating, with their horses tied up in one of the parking spots, several folks stopped to take their picture. The duo said they rode their horses into town from the Nechanitz area, some 4-5 miles away. This is not the first time they had done so – and probably not the last.

Cedar Street looking East is filled with trees in the road on either side of Highway 77.
