Seniors to Learn About Eating Healthy

Senior Connections will welcome Home Town Wellness with an important topic Monday, June 24 for the Lunch and Learn program. They will be speaking about how to eat healthier and how to make good food choices at the grocery store. It’s a challenge for many members who live alone, and especially those who don’t cook, so we look forward to their insight. We will follow the presentation with tai-chi, so plan to stay for some gentle exercise.
