Marburger Clearing Warda of Coyotes

John D. Marburger poses with the two coyotes he snared on his farm near Warda on July 17, 2022. Since John D. commenced his snaring campaign in the spring of 2018, he has snared 86 coyotes, those pictured being Nos. 85 and 86, both snared within 30 feet of one another. He has also snared 23 feral pigs, the largest being boar feral pigs of 110 pounds each. John D. says his snaring campaign is devoted to “reducing attendance at the Warda Chapters of the coyote and feral pig family reunions.” John D. says he snared three coyotes on the same day twice, in February of 2020 and in January of 2021, and he has snared two coyotes on the same day several times. “My reducing the coyote and feral population may be of interest to some of your readers, because the environmental impact such animals are having on the land and crops and wild life,” Marburger said.
