RTC Defeats Fayetteville in District Girls Hoops

The Round Top-Carmine girls basketball team beat Fayetteville Tuesday 54-39 led by a 23-point night from Tess Eilers. Jill Eilers added 15 points for the Cubettes, who improved to 3-2 overall and 1-1 in district with the victory.

Cooper is Offensive MVP As Lots of Leps Honored On 11-4A Football Team

Several La Grange football players earned all-district accolades on the 11-4A alldistrict team which was released this week. Leps senior quarterback Clayton Cooper was named the Offensive MVP of 11-4A after passing for 1,919 yards and 14 touchdowns and rushing for 1,102 yards and 22 touchdowns, all team highs.
