Weather Limits Home Softball Tourney

Most of La Grange’s home softball tournament was wiped out by cold, wet weather (no games played Thursday or Saturday), but La Grange was able to play two game Friday, falling to Victoria East 8-2 but then beating Cedar Creek 13-1. The La Grange girls are 3-6 overall and scheduled to play at Bellville Tuesday at 6:45 p.m. Above, La Grange senior Abigail Dela Rosa pitches against Cedar Creek Friday with a facemask to help fight off the chill.
