Valchar All-Conference at ASU

Kobi Valchar of Schulenburg earned All-Lone Star Conference honors for his performances at the 2026 LSC Outdoor Track Championships. Valchar was third in the discus, second in the hammer throw and seventh in the shot put at the conference meet.

Valchar graduated from Hallettsville Sacred Heart Catholic High School and was a state champion in discus and state runner-up in shot put. He previously competed at Texas A&M-Kingsville before transferring to Angelo State. He is a junior majoring in Commercial Aviation.
