In an epic area round playoff match Saturday in Brenham the Schulenburg volleyball team outlasted Thorndale in a fivesetter thriller.
The Lady Horns won the odd-numbers sets while Thorndale grabbed the even-numbered ones before Schulenburg prevailed 15-12 in the decisive fifth set.
