Supak Signs with Oakland A’s

The Oakland Athletics have signed La Grange pitcher Trey Supak to a minor league contract with an invitation to spring training.

Supak, 24, put up impressive numbers in the minors with the Milwaukee Brewers, but they removed him from their 40-man roster in September.

The move to Oakland marks Supak’s third pro team. He was drafted out of high school by the Pittsburgh Pirates.
