Spasslauf 5K Winner

Aaron Albert of Houston won the Spasslauf 5K that kicked off the Schuetzenfest festivities May 16 in La Grange. This was his first time running in the La Grange race. He ran the challenging course, which started at the KC Hall in La Grange and then went past the Colorado River, Bucker’s Creek and around the golf course before going up the bluff, in a time of 17:16.
