Shorthorns Win 16th in a Row

The Schulenburg baseball team defeated Ganado 5-3 Thursday to improve to 19-3 this season.

It was the 16th consecutive victory for the Shorthorns.

Connor Lichnovsky pitched a complete game twohitter with 10 strikeouts.

Jayse Janda had two hits, including a triple.

Ian Reeves had two hits, including a double.

Owen Brenek and Reid Janda also doubled.
