Pair of Leps’ Prized Recruits Piling Up Collegiate Offers

La Grange now has two of the most prized college recruits in the state of Texas – both of whom will be seniors this fall for the Leps. Cornerback Bravion Rogers, has now risen to the No. 36-ranked recruit in the entire nation (and the sixth ranked cornerback) out of the Class of 2023. He’s gotten 10 official scholarship offers.

Meanwhile, teammate Jaren Woods’ recruitment has really heated up lately as well. The huge defensive lineman has gotten six offers – most recently from the University of Texas.

“It’s just crazy, coming up as a kid you watch these college teams play and now that I’m in high school it’s a reality that I could be playing for them,” Woods said after a basketball in mid-January, where he’s also excelling for the playoff-bound Leps. – Jeff Wick
