Lady Leps Cruise in Final Home Match

The La Grange varsity volleyball team played its final home match of the regular season Friday, easily beating Austin Achieve 25-3, 25-4, 25-8.

The victory improves the Lady Leps’ overall record to 19-25 and their district mark to 10-1.

In Friday’s match Maddi Mach led the Lady Leps in kills with nine and Maddi Fritz had six.

Emma Coltrain led in digs with four and Hailey Hill had three.

Abigail DelaRosa had a team-high seven aces. Coltrain and Jenna Jobb had five.

Assist leaders were Hill with 14 and Maddi Fritz with 11.

Tori Harold had two blocks.

The La Grange JV defeated Austin Achieve 25-9, 25-4 to improve to 4-7 overall and 10-1 in district.

The Lady Leps will travel to Austin LBJ for the last district match of the year on Tuesday. Freshmen and JV begin at 5 p.m. with the varsity to follow.
