Lady Leps Celebrate Smith’s Milestone and a Win

The La Grange volleyball team had multiple reasons to celebrate Friday.

The Lady Leps survived a comeback attempt by Sealy to beat the Lady Tigers 25-23, 25-13, 19-25, 18-25, 15-10.

The victory improves the Lady Leps to 4-2 in district play heading into Tuesday’s match at Tomball West.

Then after Friday’s match the team celebrated Ashtyn Smith’s 1,000 career dig. Smith is a junior defensive specialist for the Lady Leps.
