La Grange Students Compete In Special Olympics Bowling

La Grange Special Athletes competed in the Special Olympics Texas Region 13 Bowling Competition on Wednesday, Nov. 6 and Thursday, Nov. 7. It was held at Spare Time Bowling Lanes in Pflugerville.

Athletes who participated: 8-11 yr Division: Nicolas Galvez, LES- 1st place boys singles Gold medal 12-15 yr Division: Dylan Haynie, LHS- 6th place boys singles Kenlie Muske, LMS- 1st place girls singles Gold medal Makayla Garza, LES- 1st place girls singles Gold medal Dylon Wright, LES- 6th place boys singles 16-21 yr Division: Vanice Martin, LG 18+- 3rd place girls singles Bronze medal Ava Mathis, LG 18+- 3rd place girls singles Bronze medal Jarrett Orellana, LG 18+- 1st place boys singles Gold medal Braylon Jarmon, LG 18+- 3rd place boys singles Bronze medal Lizette Morin was the Head of Delegation (HOD), Jeannette Sullivan was the Head Coach and Carolyn Harold was a coach.
