The Fayetteville Lions Advance to Basketball Regional Semifinals

The Fayetteville boys basketball team is the last county hoops team alive in the playoffs.

The Lions dismantled D’Hanis 80-43 Friday in the second round of the 1A playoffs.

That advances Fayetteville (28-6) into the regional semifinals Tuesday at 7:15 p.m. in Madisonville against Wells (21-10).

Enoch Loafman led the way Friday for Fayetteville with 18 points. Jack Schley scored 16, Mason Fenhaus 14, Kole Schmitt 12 and Kason Kocian nine.
