Fayetteville track star Cole Fenhaus recorded a time of 10:32 in the 3200 meter run at a meet that was recently hosted by Fayetteville. This is the third time in a row Fenhaus has set a new school record in the 3200.

“He has great leadership qualities and he’s determined,” said Fayetteville head track coach Mitch Madden. “At every meet, I’ll ask him ‘What’s your goal?’ He’ll tell me what his goal is. The greatest thing is that he has the determination and dedication to make sure he hits those goals. So that’s why I’m so proud. His dedication and determination.”

Fenhaus’ consistent, elite workload has made him our selection for this edition’s Athlete of the Week.
