Lady Leps Fall to Bay City

The La Grange girls soccer team played at Bay City Monday, losing 6-0. Defensive player of the game was Ellee Sodolak.

“With several starters out, this match was a good opportunity for our newer players to get invaluable experience against one of the best teams in the state, and see what playoff soccer looks like,” said La Grange girls soccer coach Chris Westall. “And get an education we did – but the team we were when the match started and the one we became at the end is why a match against an opponent of this quality is crucial to team progress, despite what the scoreboard says.”

The Lady Leps are now 6-2 overall and play at Tuesday here versus Rockport Fulton as 7:30 p.m.
