Accolades Keep Rolling in For Diggs

In the aftermath of his pair of indoor national track titles (in the 60 meters and the 200 meters) two weeks ago, La Grange track standout Austen Diggs was selected as this week’s Athlete of the Week by Austin television KVUE, which aired a feature about Diggs on Sunday. Shown above is Diggs being interview by Cory Mose and below are some of Diggs’ family, friends and faculty members who turned out for Thursday’s surprise announcement of the award.

* Austen Diggs and La Grange teammate Bravion Rogers have both qualified for this week’s Texas Relays in Austin in the 100 meter dash.
