Second Chance Donates to Quade Werchan

Second Chance Emporium (SCE) recently donated $7,085 to Quade Werchan American Legion Post 338. Monies granted will fund a new US Flag pole and lighted message sign to mark the entrance to the Legion Hall. The mission of the Post is to support veterans and their families in the Round Top/Carmine area.
